1. Shipping time
The current processing time for all orders is 3-4 business days to deliver to the logistics company.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email and you can also track your shipment in the Account section on the website!
On occasions where severe weather prevents logistics companies from being able to pick up packages, we will put a notice on the homepage and post on social media to inform our customers of shipping delays.
