【 Appearance & Vintage Condition 】

Signs of wear, oxidation, or patina are natural historical characteristics of vintage timepieces. Once sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal taste, style preferences, or mismatch with expectations.

【 7-Day Conditional Returns 】

We understand that unexpected issues can occasionally occur during transit. Returns will be processed only under the following conditions within 7 days of order receipt (requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated):

• Non-Human Mechanical Failure: The watch experiences a major unmentioned movement defect, or stops working due to unexpected shipping issues.

• Item Condition: The timepiece must remain in its original, unworn condition, complete with all original packaging and intact tags.

【 After-Sales Care & Support 】

After the initial 7-day period, all timepieces purchased from us are covered by a 180-day basic movement warranty. In cases of accidental damage, drops, or issues arising beyond the warranty period, we will do our best to assess repair options or offer alternative solutions/compensation plans.
